We left Portsmouth, Virginia from Ocean Marine and headed through the Chesapeake Bay toward the Solomon Islands on July 1st. The weather was terrible on this day. We had six foot seas on this day. We took many waves over the bow, so there were no pictures taken on this day.
We arrived to the Solomon Islands around 6:30 that evening. Washed all of the salt spray off of the boat, ate dinner and went to bed. It was a hard day!
