It is hard to believe we have been in Marathon since November 3rd, 2008. We arrived to Coco Plum Beach Yacht Club and tied up at this lovely marina for over a year. It was a delightful stay in a slice of paradise. We made many friends and enjoyed many social occasions and impromptu Tiki fellowships. We would like to say thanks to all of our dear friends for making our time at Coco Plum so memorable.
We left this Marina on March 19th, 2010 around 11:00 am en route to Key Largo. It was a short day to Key Largo in preparation for jumping off to Biscayne Bay and into Miami. We anchored at Blackwater Cove across from Gilbert's Resort. The water was calm in this cove and the wind was nice and easy, blowing out of the East.
We grilled on the cockpit and had cocktails watching the beautiful sunset.
