The Blue Tug Boats can be seen up and down the Erie. Not really sure what they do. Never saw one in the water. Always tied up on the sides.

Erie Canal - 13
The Blue Tug Boats can be seen up and down the Erie. Not really sure what they do. Never saw one in the water. Always tied up on the sides.
